Our office is conveniently located off of I81 (exit 9), on route 11 (Pennsylvania Avenue). Make a right off of the exit 9 ramp, onto Maugans Avenue and another right at the intersection of Maugans Avenue and route 11 (Pennsylvania Avenue). The Sylvania building is located across from Spicher’s Appliance Store. Currently, the Hagerstown Medical Lab, Sylvania Home Care Pharmacy, and North End Urgent Care are housed on the same floor. Parking is located in the front and on the sides of the building with designated handicapped spaces available at the front door.
