New Patients
Before you’re able to access the Web site, you’ll need to register. The process is very simple. After you register using the link on this page, call our office (301-714-4044) to confirm your registration and so that we can check your baseline information. Please complete the registration process in one sitting, as you will not be able to log in until we activate your account.
Because the site is secure and password-protected, only you and the clinic’s physicians will be able to view your personal information. When you enter information, please try to be as accurate as possible, but keep in mind that estimated weights and dates will be fine. If you make any mistakes, just let us know and we’ll reset your account so that you can start fresh.
Once you have your consultation with the surgeon, we’ll set you up with permanent access to the site.
