  Speaker's Bureau

Need a speaker for your next meeting?

At Washington County Hospital we believe that education is one of the ways to help improve the health status of our community. The Jack and Anna Hershey Education Center maintains a Speaker's Bureau of local physicians and healthcare providers who are available to address community and professional groups about a variety of healthcare-related topics.

As your community hospital, we are pleased to help support the health education initiatives of local organizations and will provide a customized presentation to meet your needs.

To request a speaker, please complete and submit the request form. We ask that you request a speaker at least four weeks in advance of the scheduled program. In addition, please review the following guidelines:

  1. Speaker’s Bureau services are free of charge to community audiences.
  2. At least twenty (20) participants must be guaranteed for each event.
  3. Speakers are only available for events scheduled Monday–Friday between 8:00 am and 8:00 pm.
  4. A community group or organization is limited to no more than two (2) requests per year.
