11/18/2005 Hagerstown, MD (November 18, 2005)—Washington County Hospital will seek modification of the special exception granted to it in 1991 by the Washington County Board of Zoning Appeals in a meeting on Monday, November 21. Also, it is seeking to modify the height of the building, as well as to allow ambulances and helicopters. Hamill also said, “The hospital hopes for approval of our request by the Board of Zoning Appeals.
