Our staff of skilled physical and occupational therapists provide appropriate care for a wide variety of orthopedic conditions. Some diagnoses commonly treated at our facility include sprains and strains, post-surgical rehabilitation, arthritis, joint replacement rehabilitation, lower extremity amputation, and chronic pain. We also provide skilled treatment for sports-related injuries and surgeries.

Our therapists complete a comprehensive evaluation of each patient, and from that information they formulate an individualized treatment plan. From the initial evaluation through subsequent treatment sessions and discharge, the focus is on treating the patient as an individual.
