Sisters Helping Sisters is an innovative program for young women who want to learn healthier eating and exercise habits.

Fun, food, and friends set this program apart from other weight loss and exercise plans. You’ll come to a series of two-hour programs on eight Saturdays. Each day’s program includes a fun physical activity like hip-hop aerobics, skating, or walking.

A great part of Sisters Helping Sisters is being matched up with a “big sister” who will join you in some activities and coach you as you move through the program. Along the way, you’ll learn how to make healthier food choices, such as when dining out at a restaurant like Ryan’s or even McDonald’s.

You’ll have a free meal each day, and babysitting services are provided if needed. A few blood tests and measurements in the beginning of the program will show how healthy you are.

And to help you stay motivated, you’ll receive a $10 gift card for each meeting that you attend, PLUS another $100 gift card will be awarded to each participant who attends all eight sessions.

Who can join Sisters Helping Sisters?
