The new regional medical center at Robinwood Medical Center will be built to meet patient care needs and changing medical technologies. It will exceed 500,000 square feet and be five stories tall.
Construction Materials:
3,000,000 tons of structural steel
250,000 yards of concrete
110,000 square feet of masonry
240,000 linear feet of electric cable
860,000 pounds of sheet metal to construct duct work
45,000 square feet of glass and glazing for windows
36 stations in the pneumatic tube system

297 single patient rooms
231 medical/surgical and critical care beds
20 obstetric beds
10 special care nursery beds
8 pediatric beds
18 psychiatric beds
20 rehabilitation beds
17 operating rooms
53 emergency treatment rooms
2 trauma rooms
2 cardiac treatment rooms
