  Healthcare Career Explorers

Touring the operating room, learning about a real crime scene investigation, and studying wilderness medicine during a hiking trip are just a few of the exciting adventures offered to participants of the Career Explorer Post at Washington County Health System.

Explorers is a career education program administered by the Boy Scouts of America for young men and women aged 14-20. The purpose is to provide experiences to help students prepare to become responsible and caring adults.

The Explorer program at Washington County Health System gives students an opportunity to see healthcare facilities in operation and to meet healthcare providers and administrators.
