Current Areas of Responsibility

Mrs. Towe is responsible for planning, developing, implementing and evaluating the clinical and administrative operations of patient care, and nursing, which include: Medical and surgical inpatient units, Intensive, Coronary, and Progressive Inpatient units, Cardiac Catheterization and Electrophysiology Labs, ACLS/Emergency Transport Services, Patient Unit Transport, and Courtesy Van, Pediatric inpatient unit, Ambulatory Services, Endoscopy, Same Day Surgery, Short Stay Surgery unit, Obstetrical and Gynecological Services, Perioperative and Post Anesthesia Units, Central Processing, Emergency Department, Express Care Unit, Rapid Diagnostic Unit, Urgent Care Center, Trauma Center, Cardiography, Cardiac Diagnostic Center, Electroencephalography, Respiratory Care Services, John R. Marsh Cancer Center, and Contracted services for Dialysis and Lithotripsy.

Mrs. Towe is responsible for ensuring the provision of services are consistent with the mission and goals of the system, meet or exceed the usual and customary standards for quality, are cost effective, and adhere to all outside regulatory agencies.
