We can make sure you never forget to perform a breast self-exam.

In addition to the annual clinical exams performed by a health care professional and receiving yearly mammograms after the age of 40, breast self-exams help to ensure that you will find any warning signs early.

We can email you on a requested date to perform your self-exam. Just fill out the form below and we'll remind you on your requested date. Menstruating women should perform their breast self-exam on the 5th or 7th day after the beginning of their menstrual period.
