In an ideal world employees leave their problems at the door when they come to work, but in today's high-demand society, personal and family problems are frequently effecting employee performance and productivity.

Companies rely on EAPs to help resolve a full spectrum of work and life issues. Some examples including relationship problems, alcohol and drug problems, workplace transitions and conflicts, depression and grief, financial and legal concerns, family issues, parenting and eldercare, plus many other concerns.
